This 16 hour certificate course provides instruction in the basic functions of the ladder company including hand and power tool operation, search and rescue, and ventilation. Ladder Company support to the Engine Company is also covered.

*A series of hands-on drills involving various ladder company evolutions follows the virtual lecture series.

Prerequisites: 18 years old and completion of Firefighter I or Essentials of Firefighting.
